How do I return a product I'm not satisfied with?Updated 8 months ago

If you are not entirely satisfied with a product, you are welcome to return it within the 30-day refund guarantee period. Please return the item to:

Include your name, email, address, and order number with the return. Note that return postage is not covered by us and we do not supply return labels. You are advised to send the product back using 2nd Class post. After you have posted your return, please email a copy of the proof of postage receipt to us, enabling the refund of the product price.
