You can view available options to change frequency, move or skip a delivery, pause or cancel in Manage my subscription, using the email address you subscribed with. You can also contact [email protected] for help.

Your selected plan and order confirmation govern the price, discount and frequency. An introductory price is not automatically the price of every later delivery; existing price guarantees must still be honoured. Our standard Subscribe & Save offer allows cancellation at any time without a cancellation fee or minimum tie-in.

Changes must be made before the next order is processed to stop that order being created. Cancelling future repeats is separate from refunding an order already processed. See the Subscription & Cancellation Terms.
